Questions about the plans
What is a workspace?
One brand and the set of social accounts it posts to. Every plan includes one. If you run content for other people you need one per client.
Extra workspaces are half your plan price each: $15 on Solo, $25 on Studio, $75 on Agency. They carry your plan's features, so a second brand on Studio still gets short video, and a second brand on Agency still gets your team.
Why is video only on Studio?
Video is the expensive half of this. Reels and shorts are rendered, uploaded and polled until each platform finishes processing them, which costs a great deal more than posting a picture. Solo covers images, carousels, memes and text posts. Studio adds short video, and everything above Studio includes it.
Can I post long videos?
No. ContentSling publishes short vertical video: reels, shorts and TikToks. That is the shape every platform here takes, and it is what one piece of content can become on all of them at once. A twenty minute video is a different job and we do not pretend to do it.
Why does YouTube need Studio?
Because YouTube publishes video and nothing else. There is no way to put a still image, a carousel or a text post on it, so a plan without video would connect a YouTube account that could never publish anything. Rather than sell you that, we put YouTube where it works.
Can my team share a workspace?
On Agency, yes. Everyone gets their own login and works the same brand, with one shared review queue, so whoever is around can approve what is waiting. Connected accounts belong to the workspace, not to the person who connected them, so nobody is a single point of failure.
Is there a free trial?
Solo starts with seven days free. We take a card at signup and charge nothing until the week is up, so cancelling on day six costs you nothing. You get a reminder before it renews, because a surprise charge buys us one angry refund and no customer.
If video is what you came for, say so and we will start you on Studio instead. A week of Solo will not show you what you wanted to see.
Do I pay per post?
No. Plans are a flat monthly price and posting more does not cost more.
Do extra platforms cost extra?
No. Connecting a fifth or sixth account does not change the price. The only platform tied to a plan is YouTube, for the reason above.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, and you keep everything you have already scheduled.
How do I get in right now?
